rules

Slow pitch softball has been designed as a safe and social sport. Balls are pitched underarm and arch between 6 and 12 feet in the air and is usually pretty easy to hit. This means that there is a lot of work for the players in outfield and a promise of a game full of action.

We follow a modified set of rules as provided by the International Softball Federation (ISF). We have modified them over the past years so that rules are easier to understand and play.
