Welcome to the Sydney Outfielders Membership page! This is your one-stop spot for everything you need to join the league for the 2025/26 season. Here you’ll find details on player and social memberships, fees, registration rounds, and eligibility, along with guidance for those experiencing financial hardship.
Becoming a member gives you access to games, training, events, and the chance to be part of our welcoming, inclusive community—on and off the diamond.
Social Membership
New for the 2025/26 season, we’re excited to launch Social Memberships — a way to be part of Sydney Outfielders without taking up a playing spot. Social Members are allocated to a team so they feel connected throughout the season, receive discounted tickets to Sydney Outfielders events, and have opportunities to join training sessions and non-competitive pick-up games. Social Members also enjoy priority access if a playing spot opens up, making it the perfect option for anyone who wants to take part in our events, or simply stay connected off the field.

*Social Members cannot play in competitive games rounds for insurance purposes.
PLAYER REGISTRATION WAITLISTS
Player registration for the 2025/26 season is now closed. You can still join the waitlist using the link below. Alternatively, you can sign up for a Social Membership, available year-round, which gives you priority access to any playing spots that open during the season on a first-come, first-served basis.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP
We understand that some players may experience financial hardship, but this shouldn’t stop you from being part of the league. This season, we are offering flexible payment options, including Afterpay, to help spread the upfront cost of membership.
If you need additional support, you are welcome to contact the committee at info@sydneyoutfielders.org.au. Please specify in your request what you would like the committee to consider — whether you are asking for a payment plan throughout the season or a full fee waiver. We will not ask you to corroborate or justify your financial situation; your privacy and dignity are our priority. Players are also welcome to discuss with their team captains if they feel more comfortable.
We ask that financial hardship options are used in good faith on an honour system and not abused.
