About
Let’s Slay Ball! is softball with sequins — a Mardi Gras–themed softball skills day and mini tournament hosted by the Sydney Outfielders, Australia’s largest LGBTQIA+ softball league. The mini tournament and softball skills sessions run from 1–4pm, followed by drinks and socialising at the Batt & Ball from 4pm onwards. The event gives our classic community games a glittery makeover, with rainbow flair, skills challenges, and cheeky surprises between innings. Costumes and sparkle are encouraged, from a touch of glitter to full drag-on-the-diamond.
