Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Sydney Outfielders Softball
Association will be held on Saturday 18 April 2026 at 3.00pm at The Beresford (354
Bourke St, Surry Hills NSW 2010).

The agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows:

1. Acknowledgement of Country
2. Welcome, attendance and apologies
3. Confirmation of minutes from the 2025 Annual General Meeting (held on 5 April 2025)
4. President’s report
5. Financial report
6. General business:
    a. To consider and vote on the following special resolution:
        i. That Rainor Trippett be appointed as a life member of the Sydney Outfielders Softball Association.
    b. To consider and vote on the following resolutions:
        i. That the community points rules be repealed.
        ii. Any other resolutions proposed by members.

7. Election of 2026-2027 office-bearers and ordinary committee members
8. Close of AGM

The formal AGM proceedings will be preceded by an awards presentation and
followed by a celebration of the 2025-2026 season.
